I don’t doubt that it can be a good thing, but it also can be an abused thing, and so far in web development its taken some bad turns, like dropping CF from Dreamweaver.
Adobe should watch it, as it doesn’t have too many evolving products. Photoshop, the Video suite, and several others, people wouldn’t be missing too much to just stay on CS6. Adobe won’t be able to win over support with words, but with actions. Its time to step it up on the innovative front, especially in web development.
CS6 Master Suite license is the last Adobe software I own. Never going to buy any "cloud"-related trojan horse. Moving to Open Source development instead.
