Dan Short (Team MM for Dreamweaver) is the proud owner of personalized license plates, and Giampaolo Bellavite (Team MM for ColdFusion) who lives in Italy (where personalized plates are not an option) does the next best thing. Thanks to Massimo Foti for sending me these links.

You can call it obsession, but it’s a *healthy* obsession. After all, it’s not .NET right? 🙂
Kinda cool. Are you sure he didnt receive a helping hand from fireworks or photoshop? LOL 🙂
Mine is UN1XGEEK. Not ColdFusion-related, but surely geeky.

(Yes, that is a "Copyleft" logo on my hat.)
The winter version:

The only custom license plate I’ve ever owned:

British license plates use a letter to indicate the year (T) then a number (77 – my birthday is 7/7) and then three letters (OCS – Object Consultancy Services – my company name back in ’99).
Well, it’s not a personalized license plate but it describes how much I like MM products and how my friends know it well. This was my birthday cake 2 years ago http://img67.echo.cx/my.php?image=dsc003609vo.jpg .
I wasn’t aware of anything, they just told me that when I was going to see it, I wouldn’t share it…
I once knew someone who had the plate "QUAKE" and on the front, he had a metal guy make the Q symbol from Quake as his official car badge (ie remove the Holden logo and put a Q logo instead).
It was stolen a couple of weeks later (car that is).
I vote for cars with MM logos on them as give aways! Do you think we can talk Eddie into that? 😉
