While the U.S. Hertz site is Java based, many of the non-US sites are powered by ColdFusion. Go to Hertz and select a language from the drop down to get to the localized sites. Examples include French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Korean. I’ve mentioned this one previously, but it a goodie and worth repeating. Thanks to Andrei Oprea for reminding me.

  1. It depends no how you navigate your way to France. From hertz.com I cannot come up with a .CFM page but sure enough going direct it does. Seems like parallel sites operating.
Who’s willing to place bets on which one wins out. Sadly?
