Macromedia Launches New Knowledge Base

Macromedia has launched the Macromedia Knowledge Base, a self-service guided search tool that will enable customers to quickly find precise MM information! The Knowledge Base is located at the top of http://www.macromedia.com/support, as well as all the product support pages, and provides access to TechNotes, Developer Center articles, and more. An intuitive guided search tool within the Knowledge Base allows users to fine-tune their queries based on established categories and “best bet” choices. Each search that a user performs automatically provides structured feedback so we can continually contribute new technical information to make the Knowledge Base more effective for our customers!
More information is at http://www.macromedia.com/go/knowledgebase, and a FAQ and Captivate demo are at http://www.macromedia.com/support/knowledgebase/.
