Different Sessions in Each Open Browser

Home » Different Sessions in Each Open Browser

ColdFusion SESSION variables are usually shared by all open browsers because cookies are shared across all open browsers (and SESSION uses two cookies to identity the client browser). To establish a separate SESSION for each browser you need to not set cookies (this is a option), and instead pass the two values (CFID and CFTOKEN) in every URL. URL parameters are obviously not shared across browsers, and so by passing the values this way each browser can have a unique set of values. (Applies to: ColdFusion All)
