allows you to send e-mail formatted as HTML. Many developers find this feature to be very compelling as it allows for sophisticated formatting and layout, and even embedded forms. However, as a rule, do not generate HTML e-mail unless you know that the recipient’s mail client can support it (many can’t) – assume that only plain e-mail is supported unless explicitly informed otherwise. For maximum control generate both plain and HTML e-mail, and flag the addresses so that you know which format to send to which. (Applies to: ColdFusion All)
