Ni Hao From Taiwan
It's almost midnight in Taiwan, 11:00 am back home. I spent the last two hours with the Macromedia China team going over the keynote, sessions, and press plans. I need to crash, more to follow ...

Next Stop, Taipei
I am sitting on a plane (747-400, the most awe inspiring commercial jet ever created, look at one head on, there is a majesty to its size and shape that is beyond compare), about to take off for Taipei, an 18 hour flight (with a short stop in Osaka). Producing a MAX General Session
Lots of you have sat through our conference general session keynotes before, but I'd bet that few of you have any idea of just what is involved in a creating production like these. And the word production is no exaggeration, really. The general session is created and managed like the live...

Hello from MAX!
I am posting this from the convention center auditorium, where a large crew has assembled to fine-tune tomorrow's keynote session. One big change this year, the keynote is not the first session of the day, it's been pushed back to 10:30 (I suspect that the allure of nearby Bourbon Street had...
