Good news per se, but it is a bit shame the special offer is limited to US government.

Where is the non profit pricing?
We are making plans to leave Adobe because of the software costs. Adobe is the only company that we have not been able to get a discount from.
MSFT & Atlassin specifically have both made significant donations of their software at no cost which has helped us deliver solutions for more than 200 non profit organizations through our limited staff and budget ( we are a nonprofit ourselves ). It really is a shame.
