The ColdFusion team today released a hotfix for ColdFusion 9.x and 10.x for Windows, Mac, and UNIX. This hotfix addresses two potential security issues.

Maybe it is just me, but every time I attempt to apply a CF9 hotfix or update it completely crashes my install. I have learned from bitter experience to make a backup copy of every folder with coldfusion anything in it so I can replace all the broken files with a working configuration.
