On the basis of the material provided, how are we supposed to know what Matt’s done, so as to make a basis for an informed vote?

@Adam: You’d have to ask the people that nominated him, that’s how the netawards works. Folks nominate people/companies/etc in each category, and the ones with most nods end up in the vote.
