As mentioned at cf.Objective(ANZ) yesterday, the ColdFusion 9 EULA has changed to allow for development, testing, and staging servers. See this great thread on Terry Ryan’s blog on the subject.

So… if I have one licensed prod server then I can also have one dev, testing, or staging server?

Sounds nice but seems other changes are making it harder (or at least it is unclear as to qualifications) for host providers to offer CF:
