To obtain the special conference rate, you must reserve your room via the MAX 2006 registration site.

If you don’t have the funds right now don’t worry. Your card isn’t actually charged until you get to MAX. Getting the room during your reservation basically reserves the room for you at the discount rate.

Has anyone actually been able to confirm their room at the Venetian? I called them today and they said they don’t have a reservation for me, and the only way to guarantee a room is to make a reservation under the prevailing rate. Yelp!!!
