Please ‘scuse if I step on Ben’s thunder here, but we’ve got you covered in the FAQ:
(Q) If I already have the Flex trial CD, how do I get a trial of Flex Builder?
(A) After August 23, 2004, the Flex Builder trial was included with your Flex trial CD. If you purchased the Flex trial CD before that, you will receive a separate e-mail telling you how to get a trial of Flex Builder.

Unfortunately, we don’t have plans for a Mac version of Flex Builder for the near future. We do believe we need one, but it will be a while. It was simply a matter of resources for us.
