ColdFusion MX 6.1 Has a Few Known Issues

Initial indications are that ColdFusion MX 6.1 is rock solid, and all feedback thus far has been very positive. There are, however, a few known issues (stuff that unfortunately did not make it into the final build). If you do run into any gotchas, check the “ColdFusion MX 6.1 Known Issues” list at http://www.macromedia.com/support/coldfusion/releasenotes/mx/mx61_known_problems.html. If any additional issues are discovered post release (there are none thus far), they will be posted at http://www.macromedia.com/support/coldfusion/ts/documents/cfmx61_issues.htm.

Where do we submit new issues?
We just upgraded to CFMX 6.1 and now our date columns in our sql are returning no values. We are using the ODBC connection to Oracle 8i. (Our client is too cheap to get Enterprise version to access the native drivers.) If we use to_char( ) within our sql then all is fine. We finally configured our datasource to utilize the Oracle Thin Client driver with success.
