All the questions / requests are answered within 1 day, and the answers are really helpful - he is really trying to resolve the problem.. well, not the problem, because there are hardly any (and I have been using their service for more than 3 years now), but inquiries to be correct. One of the best web hosts, none the less CF based hosts I have ever used. Very fast support with a great team of guys that are always willing to help. With support for CF8, a very easy online management tool, and an array of email and tracking tools, there isn't much left to be desired in this group.
