Android Now Number 3 Smartphone OS

As per Gartner research reported in this InfoWorld story, Android is now the number one smartphone OS in North America (taking the top spot from RIM), and is third in the world.

The major issue is that from a business point of view RIM is not going away and Adobe really need to get Flash 10.1 on there.

Any on when the Flex 'Hero' Framework will be released?
