WiFi At MAX

Lots of you have been asking if there will be WiFi at MAX this year (as there has been in the past). And yes, there will be WiFi available in the exhibit area, as well as in the foyers on levels 3, 4, and 5. The SSID and access code will be prominently posted, too.

So yes, you can blog away and post Flickr pictures to your heart's content. And I guess you can work too, if that is absolutely necessary.

Hopefully it'll be better than the wifi at CFunited, that was no bueno LOL

and what's this.. work... that can't happen in vegas... if it were to happen, everything we know and love would cease to exist.

John, I am hearing (from folks there already) that it is working really well. Of course, that's before 3000 or so techies all power up at once. :-)

Do you know if there is internet access in the rooms? Not necessarily provided by MAX, but by the hotel?

Jeff, as per this page it would appear that there is indeed high speed access.

Thanks Ben. I just didn't want to be forced into working in the MAX conference area if an emergency came up with work.
